Hudson Valley Community College will assist the City of Troy to recruit and train new firefighters. The outreach effort began yesterday with a kick-off press conference. Faculty from the college’s EMT-Paramedic program will join city firefighters this coming year to reach out to young people around the city to raise awareness and interest in the profession.
